Bridge shares specific records with another project — the subcontractor's own project, or another job in your account — without copying them and without giving anyone access to the rest of your project.
This topic includes:
How a bridge is made

- One project offers a bridge to another.
- The other project accepts it.
Both sides consent, and either side can see the connection. A project cannot bridge to itself. Until the offer is accepted, nothing is shared.
What can be shared
Sheets, files and issues. Choose the records and share them across the bridge; they remain owned by the project that shared them, so a later revision is the one the other side sees. Nothing is duplicated.
Note: the API also accepts assets and specification sections, but the picker offers sheets, files and issues — those are what a subcontractor is actually given.
