Your account is the key to every project you are on, including other companies' information reached over Bridge. These are the parts you control.

Change your password
Change it from your profile. Choose something long rather than something complicated, and do not reuse a password from another service — a reused password is how most accounts are actually lost.
If you have forgotten it
Use Forgot password on the login screen. A reset link is sent to your address; it is single-use and expires, so request a fresh one rather than digging out an old email.
Verify your email address
Unverified addresses do not receive notifications, and some invitations cannot be accepted until the address is verified. If you never received the verification message, have it sent again from your profile.
Leaving a company
Removal from the workspace ends access to every project in it at once. What you created stays — your issues, photographs and minutes remain attributed to you, which is what makes the project record complete after people move on.
If you use SIDABuild for more than one company, the other workspaces are unaffected: they are separate, and always were.
